Al Lauritano Al Lauritano is a 40 year veteran of the pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech industries. By day (typically 24/7), Al is responsible for establishing external innovation partnerships globally for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company).  This means finding and helping advance the brightest minds and bleeding-edge ideas, capabilities and technologies, by providing mentors, subject matter expertise and funding, typically within the infrastructure of a formal acceleration or incubation program.

mary-ann baldwin  Mary-Ann Baldwin is a five-term Raleigh City Council member, and serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Holt Brothers Inc. and as Executive Director of the Holt Brothers Foundation. During her tenure on the City Council, she has been a champion for entrepreneurship and innovation, spearheading the creation of the City of Raleigh's economic development office, the hiring of an innovation and entrepreneurship manager (Derrick Minor), and the launch of Idea Raleigh.

delisa alexander  DeLisa Alexander serves as the executive vice president and chief people officer of Red Hat, leading the organization responsible for global human resources. (Her passion and support for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the Triangle is demonstrated through her service) on the executive committee for the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) and the board of directors for Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and Innovate Raleigh.

DeLisa Alexander serves as the executive vice president and chief people officer of Red Hat, leading the organization responsible for global human resources. (Her passion and support for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the Triangle is demonstrated through her service) on the executive committee for the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) and the board of directors for Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and Innovate Raleigh.

Adolfo rodriguez Dr. Adolfo Rodriguez is Vice President of Product at Citrix where he focuses primarily on ShareFile and other cloud solutions.  Adolfo leads a worldwide Product Management team that advances ShareFile in the Content Collaboration Platform space with a focus on security, hybrid connectivity, streamlined user experiences, and workflow capabilities. Adolfo is committed to creating and cultivating an innovative environment for employees, and is passionate about supporting the local startup community.
